Ranking youtube comments with proxies

So, as the title says.. is it possible to rank youtube comments using proxies and different youtube accounts created for each proxie?
I am on my way to get myshelf some proxies and just wanted to make sure i wont buy them for nothing..

thank u and rep up. I looked at YT Commander and looks really amazing, sadly i cant afford it yet. I suppose i will proceed with proxies to start with, should be also usefull for some link bulding i think.
