Ranking words like "Hack"

Hello guys!

I'm into CPA and game cheats niches. For some reason, on some games I can't seem to rank for offensive words like "Hack" without Youtube taking me down. However, these are the juicy keywords and I see other people ranking them every day. So my question is, is there a workaround for this?

Anybody know how to enable anti-flagging?

I dont think anything like an Anti-Flagging thing is available besides that the Hack related keywords are very sketchy and I think the big guns just mass flag all the videos to lower down the competition.
