If I have domains that redirect to affiliate offers, can they still rank highly in google even though they have no content?

If you have tons of links to the sites, then perhaps, but it depends on the keyword competition. It's much easier to create a quick site or a blog, and try to get that to rank high.

Hey what I mean is, if the url redirects to another page.
