Ranking with affiliate links already implemented

Do having affiliate links (eg Amazon Links) present since the beginning in a newly launched site affect its ranking potential?

when it is good to put such affiliate links in a lifetime of a website?

In my opinion a big YES. Logically, it's not fruitful for you either since you won't be having any leads with zero or negligible readership. If I were you, I would have first built a decent list of published posts, boosted readership and then would have thought of methods to monetize the content and my effort.

Affiliate links has nothing to do with your website ranking. Just no-follow them and you will be fine

If you are really suspicious, cloak them with pretty links or any other plugin

It doesn't hurt your rankings if you monetize your site from the start if you no-follow your affiliate links.
