Ranking with 301

I was earlier on 12 spot for a KW between easy-medium.I did 18 301 to buffer site and linked to money site.Now after 1.5 months its still on 11-12th spot as if it is struck on this position.
What would be the best way to link these 18 domains?Has google completely devalued new domains being 301?

So if I get it right, you have 18 Buffer sites with links to your money site and you 301 redirected those sites? Give more details about the proceedure you have followed.

As far as Google and Redirections it is recommended to 301 redirect only one domain to your money site.

pbn >(301) >web2.0 >(outbound link) > money site -------->no serp change.
No 301 to direct money site.

What do you think.Should I keep creating more links with this structure?Its been 1.5 months now.Should I wait more?

do some link building to the web 2.0 ...that should help and depending on your kw 18 is not the word .....

301s are only for common folk trying to pitch their turnips. Unless you are trying to rank your vegetable cart at the local market then drop those 301s post haste and build some filthy GSA tiered spam to those web 2.0s. They are high value DA don't you know, so inflate their PA as much as thou can.

Do not expect to redirect some low end domains, that are absolutely niche irrelevant to web 2.0 expecting some boost. 301 is technique that should be forgotten honestly. Unless you have HUGE domain that is super related, then don't even bother with redirects.
