if there was a software that could rank YT videos on top of google, I would have found it by now

In my experience there is no difference. Any software that builds links is gonna work. I used GSA personally. Worked very well. #1 to this day.

I think google automatically ranks viral YT vids.
I created a 30 sec loop of a viral person's retarded laugh, and because I was the only one who caught it and created the loop it got 10k hits over night and yah everyone copied me
never the less, googling said persons name showed my video 5th in google search.

There is no really big difference between ranking website and YT video. Just build up some quality backlinks and some social signals will help too. Actually it's much easier to rank video as Youtube is authority web itself. Got tons of 1st page results myself.

Ranking a YT video on Google is no different from ranking a site on Google.
Use the on and off site SEO strategy and you are done..
I hear you talk of tools, sorry they don't work perfectly as they use to be
anymore.

With all due respect, that doesn't make much sense. How can a video go viral if it doesn't get shared? If it does, then Youtube takes it as popularity of the video (backlinks) and ranks it higher. You must have at least shared that video of yours on social networking sites. It got passed on by many users and it got a lot of shares. No?
