ignorance talking again, these producers are puting free in their title to attract more clicks, and if you read in their websites or descriptions! they all state free for non profit so if you want to use their music for commercial use you need a license!

and please we talking SEO here not music subject, stay with the subject of the thread!

First of all I wrote beat on my first post, I'm currently on mobile and not from the US that's why my autocorrect is sometimes a little bit tricky. Secondly It's like paid porn and egirls, I know that they obviously exist and it still blows my mind that people pay for something that is free in 1000 different variations. Yes I know that commercial use is not free from a lot of producers, but even for commercial use there are thousand of free beads.
I don't want to offend you, I guess there is a huge market for reselling and reusing beats and you have a lot more knowledge about this topic than me.
Still it's an insane ROI if you get a feet in this niche which I didn't know about.

Now let's get back to the SEO stuff and enough with this music thing ;)

I just wanted to say, that I asked questions and never spread any misinformation. If we want to discuss blackhat YouTube views like suggested by the OP I would suggest reading my thread about blackhat views. Social signals and Backlinks is the only thing that is safe to use and may help you a little bit. Most of it is not worth the money and better to be spend on stuff that gives real paid traffic or indirect paid traffic :)

What I have noticed from various channels we manage, is that most of the videos that got suggested by youtube have a good engagement rate compared to others, so I presume this days having high watchtime views is not enough! engagement and especially organic and natural one are key to ranking and getting recommended! also a good thumbnail CTR helps a lot

Totally agree with you, most of views that SMM panels doesn't bring much results since last year big update of HR views! Youtube got complicated more than ever but not impossible! :)

what if someone is trying to build a portfolio to eventually show to a larger platform? I think paid views would help alot tbh

Yes but there is a huge difference between real paid views and paid bot views. Ofcourse real paid views can and will help :)

Paid promotion can for sure help at least to drive subscribers and bring brand awareness but it's not enough, In my opnion trying to make a call to action for audience and a high quality content is always KEY!

But on the other hand if someone has 5K to literally BLOW into a video (1M views, 2K custom Comments, 30K likes, and so on that video would stick out like a sore thumb on a larger platforms channel that you can pay to have uploaded to. If that makes sense? I've seen many people use this method.

I understand the logic behind it, but Imagine putting such a budget than the video flop and youtube algorithm do not get triggered it's a huge risk to take!

I think that 1M views, 2K custom Comments, 30K likes should have same trigger on youtube as a 100k views, 500 comments and 1k likes..... because it's a lot of signals for both cases!

It's just a risk to take and it's not always sure if youtube will get you into the recommended feed if you do that in my opinion!

How can these producers buy so many fake plays / likes etc. and not put their account in jeopardy? Does YT not care about these things?!

Four days ago i started doing beats and putting then on youtube... was looking for some KW etc (wasted a lot of my time on it since i dont know nothing about SEO). And then, i see you guys telling that this is a super competitive niche... sh*t.

I used some foruns on reddit (Sub4sub), and bought 150 subs using a panel here on BHW for $1. All subs vanished today :p

Please read the full thread mate before repeating the same question asked by the OP! there are some tips and interesting notes on replies.

Also we are all sharing knowledge & in search of answers, but I don't think that if someone have the cheatcode of ranking will just throw it randomly here on the forum to competitors, I think trial and error is key to crack anything and progress.
