Ranking trouble

I have a client that sells a organic cleaning products for home. He has a few months old website and its eshop.

I created for each cathegory text that targets searched terms with H1, H2 etc
Its well written with a lot of informations.

Its been a week and I have just seen so little improvement ( jumped to position like 84 so bad )

What should I do next ? Linkbuilding ? Or try to rewrite articles ? Give it more time ?
Also the client doesnt have a lot of money for high quality links
