Hello

I have a client that sells a organic cleaning products for home. He has a few months old website and its eshop.

I created for each cathegory text that targets searched terms with H1, H2 etc
Its well written with a lot of informations.

Its been a week and I have just seen so little improvement ( jumped to position like 84 so bad )

What should I do next ? Linkbuilding ? Or try to rewrite articles ? Give it more time ?
Also the client doesnt have a lot of money for high quality links

7 days and you are already losing the battle?

Quality, quality, quality, long-term...

If you believe you've done a good enough job, keep on going, results will show on later.
 
Everything "organic" is super trendy which usually means high competition. Are you targeting certain geography with your keywords? If yes what's the population in that area? English or some other major language?
 
As the website us new, it might take time to rank. In the meantime, update your client's website with quality content and publish it regularly. Consider link building if your client has the budget for it and check for technical and on page SEO. Patience is the key.
 
When a website is new, it can take a while for it to show up high in search results. While you're waiting for that to happen, make sure you're regularly adding good stuff to your client's site. If they can afford it, you might want to think about getting other websites to link to theirs. And don't forget to make sure everything is working smoothly and is set up well for search engines. Just keep in mind, it's a waiting game!

Make your website content better, make it easy for search engines to find, and try to get good links bit by bit, even if you don't have a lot of money for it.
 
And do yall think free backlinks like reddit etc will help even a bit if its new site with 0 backlinks ?

Yes, getting free links from places like Reddit can give your new site a little boost, but focus on quality over quantity and engage genuinely in relevant discussions to avoid being seen as spammy

No some argue that they don't have quality, but the truth is there are quality PBN links and building those kind of quality and genuine links is a more sustainable and recommended approach for long-term success

What quality content are people referring to?? Google doesnt care.

Sprinkle Keywords in each article. Then flood links to those articles/homepage.
 
and semrush is good for keyword research ? Does it give long tail keyword suggestions ?

Yes it is , and for long tail keyword suggestions, you can go with SEMRUSH, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, etc.

I used google keyword planner so far but I will be using semrush rn to get better keyword suggestions
 
New website takes time and effort .Ensure that the keywords you're targeting are relevant to your client's products and have reasonable search volumes. Build a High Quality Niche related Content .Engage in social media platforms. Focus in On page and Technical SEO .
 
Patience will be the key here! in the mean time, Keep making your site better by improving the words you use and gradually getting more good websites to link to yours.
