You should not expect anything before 2-4 weeks.

Update the articles and index them. Check the backlinks of your site. Disavow the links from unwanted source like links from not relevant articles, spam blog comments, profile links etc. and the links which are not done by you if the rankings & traffic have not recovered after certain time period.
Protect your content using plugins like Secure Copy Content Protection and Content Locking, WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click, etc.

Article is on Google but now going any ranking. Article is also not on the 200 pages but is indexed on Google.

I have updated the article and there is not spammy links on my websit before my website get down.

After you telling me to wait some more time. I am now waiting
 
You need to remove bad links as they caused penalty. Then start building good pbn links.
 
Check your lost backlink with some tools like Ahrefs. Maybe your strong backlink was being removed.
