Hi. Ranking of main 18000 keyword of my site stuck on third page for a long time. It was on 22-24 postion when website had 18 pbns, and now it on 20-21 position and site has 30 pbn links. Last link i added week ago. 10 pbns has different exact match anchors, 20 others - partial, lsi, couple brand. Also i have ~70 web2.0s, profiles, comments links with brand, naked, generic keywords. Other keywords also stuck on 3-4 page. Competition is high but why i see almost no movements after adding last bunch of pbns? I expected more than move from 24 to 21 with 12 pbns. Onpage is ok. Perhabs i should add more pbn with brand anchors?

You should have used money-anchors on the PBN. To dilute the anchor, use easy to get backlinks such as comments, forum profile etc. What about your anchor text ratio? You might need to lower it down if its high.

Dont worry about it!

Google serps are slow as f**ck you build good links and add content and trafic will come.
One of my sites increased 30% trafic 2 weeks ago(last big movement in that site was 3 months ago), and I have built links slowly, just worry about anchor text (generic terms work fine), dont abuse money anchors and trafic will come.

I've some questions:

1) You mentioned that your main keyword is stuck on Page 3 for a long time. How long?

2) How many PBNs were used for your main keyword i.e. exact match anchor? (Out of 10 if I'm not wrong)

3) What's the distribution of diversity links? Out of 20, how many PBNs were used for partial match anchor of your main keyword? i.e. [main keyword + other anchor]

The more detailed answers you provide, the better I'll be able to help you with the issue.

hi

1. ~2-3 months (but last 10pbns i added 1-2 week ago)

2.-3. 30 pbns:

7 exact for mainpage 4 for internal (all keywords are different)
6 lsi for mainpage (synonyms of mainkeyword including longtails like "what is best something")
10 partial for mainpage (like "according to something reviews here", "check best home something on brand" )
3 brand

can I ask you.. is your site REALLY GOOD? .. is it in the top 3 of its range?

Did you do proper research in choosing the domains?

Sorry for the late reply, I was out of city.

Generally speaking, the effect of PBNs with LSI/Partial match anchor is not very fast as compared with the exact match anchors. LSI/Partial will give a slight boost in your rankings after at least 1 month (can be longer) but don't expect huge spikes. It seems like you've enough diversification links (Web 2.0s, comments etc.) so you need to fire more PBNs with EXACT MATCH anchors of the MAIN keyword you speak of. But don't go too aggressive. Give reasonable gaps (2-3 days) between each PBN link.

All you need is more money anchors and you'll be on Page 1.

From last update I see that you must be more aggressive with money keywords. But anyway google isn't what he was before, now it takes time that serps change I always easy come to second page and then need 1-2 month to rank first page.

And in most cases I get some strange serps jumps from second to 200 before and then hit first page.. I add few examples from my websites that I ranked to see what I'm talking about and you can see how much I needed to push from second to first... those are too high competitive keywords.

And off course much depends of your PBN links.. I pick them really slowly and chk almost all links manually pointed to that domain to see are links alive, from which pages they come etc etc.....

1-2 weeks is nothing. I say wait for 4 weeks and see where you are then. You will probably see some movement in the next week or so.

As other people have said, Google SERPS seem to me much slower recently. I've hit some of my sites hard with good quality links with little or no movement, even with them disappearing for a few days and then back to where they were. This is normal, don't panic and just keep doing what you're doing and results will come.

all 30 pbns are my own

still no movement, im afraid to build more exact match of my main keyword because it looks very unnatural. built new 20 brand contextual links, site had a small number of it, hope this will help

Well, i do a lot of testing with my websites and I can sure you that this days aggressive anchor is goal, but you have maybe problem to with bad PBN I dont know how good are those domains.... mostly when I stuck on second page 3-4 links more get me to first page in next few weeks.

Always use your targeted keyword on your strongest backlinks. The rest should be for diversification.
