Hello BHW,

does google rank sites, that are hosted on freehosters with a freehosting- subdomain, lower than other sites which are hosted on a paid hosting and has a real domain?

They are usually super slow and that's a negative factor...

Their server speed would be low and have some bad advertisements which have a negative effect on SEO.

It is true that free hosts are normally slower , however , my competitor is holding position 2 at a 30k keyword ( monthly) and 2.500.000 google results... so...its definaly possible to get good rank.

The domain is a problem If you go with one of those free domains and let's face it no visitors trust those domains anyway.
Only issue with free hosting is that the server speed is slow leading to a high bounce rate.

Of course you can get them to rank, IF the main domain is indexed and has some authority. Do your domain research.
