probably a noob question, but from what i have been learning last days, a slow but sure method would be building 5-6-7-....-X blogs, all unrelated, all on same niche, better all your own godaddy domain and wordpress, rather than Wix, alnd then linking all theese blogs to a traffic/sales website, would rank it and make it worth monetizing. that would be called the landing page, right?

Not the landing page but the actual money site. Building own PBN network and pointing links to your own money site definitely helps but here are also many criterias before simply pointing a link. The PBN sites should have nice metrics (DA,PA,CF,TF) as well as it's good if they come from different C class IPs.
