Ranking Problem

Helllo everyone, I just want to ask you why my new contents/pages are not getting ranked. I have a blog that is about tarot and I have 2.5k traffic per month right now. My web site is 8 months old. I realized that only posts that about tarot are indexed. What can be the problem?

maybe google has indexing problems, or maybe your pages are orphaned (they have no traffic and no backlinks), or maybe they're duplicates or low quality or too little content... it could be a lot of reasons...
 
I don't think that the contents are not duplicates or low quality. Can the reason be the topical authority? Because my tarot contents are getting ranked but other topics are not.
 
Did you already check your Google Search Console if it reports any problems?

Interlink other articles to that post and wait for a while
 
I think you need to focus more on backlink building. You can start by replicating competitor's backlinks and dropping links in relevant forums or blog comments.
 
I think it's better to follow this steps :

1. Ask a real PRO in upwork or BHW to check your content quality (Pro and native writer)
2. Check your backlink profile , anyone can create spammy backlinks for negative SEO
3. Check your site structure (you can find many videos on youtube)
4. Inner link building for non-indexed articles
5. Get some quality GPs (Guest Post) that is related to your niche

wait, do you have an script that generates tarot readings or are you just reading tarot iyourself s this scale-able with va, are you in it for spiritual reasons or just for the money. do you video vhat with clients or just tell them stuff i have no ability to help you with this im just curious because ive never seen an online tarot reader.

I dont think thats a case because I always interlinked my articles with each other.

I am not the guy that reads tarot I just do SEO for the tarot blog :) But I can say that most of the time tarot readings happen online. If you are curious about that I can recommend you my website but it is not English, you have to use translate :):)
 
You can hire an expert to find out the problems. Then you can implement the issues yourself or hire an expert to fix them. You can find some freelancers on Upwork and Fiverr who can do that in a low cost.

That's good to do it yourself, but if you wanna solution quickly, it is good to get help from a professional
Then try to do the steps one by one and found out.
Please don't forget to mention, whats the problem for that!

You might want to consider linking more proactively to your new content.

It's also important to build content based on what your current traffic results are.

What I mean by that is you should run your domain through a paid SEO tool like Semrush and figure out the organic keywords that you are already ranking for.

Use this information to create more content in the sub-niche that you're already enjoying some success with and then scale up that way.

Do not target highly competitive keywords with new content.

Instead, build on what you're already ranking for and then slowly inch your way towards more competitive keywords.
 
Maybe the content wasn't properly written or SEO-optimized, and your competitors have a better reputation than you do.
