ranking on youtube using aged accounts

theres is someone in my niche on youtube and he has some method where he gets like 1000 views and like 900 likes in under 1 hour and gets ranked top 2 everytime i know it has something to do with using aged youtube accounts and some bot ( and this is for a keyword thats low-medium competition )

if anyone knows the method im willing to pay for it
and if anyone can do the method im willing to pay every video u use this method with and rank my video

they dont gotta give it to me like i said im willing to work with them and they will get a % of what i make from the ranked videos
