Publish article on your site regularly, it is also helpful to get ranking on Alexa. Write well researched article and publish it on your site.

Sharing content on social media, getting traffic from bloggers and commenting and backlinking will help in getting ranked on Alexa.

If you ranking on Alex is not showing this can be caused by two things!
1. Your website is not receiving enough traffic for the engine to detect or gather any data on it.
2. If your site is receiving traffic, it might be flagged (which does happen in many cases, since some blackhat service providers use terrible strategies that get detected by the search engines).

You need 3 months of traffic, just send cheap PTC or fake bot traffic

1- Write some contents with the long tail keywords, something really long, which you will be sure of indexing.
2- Be sure you are indexed by google.
3- Share your links on social medias, forums and etc.
4- Check your rank again
P.s: I believe alexa is not a good metric anymore, because you can influence it with bots.
