Ranking Local KWs

Hello guys, I have one problem. I don't know what to do.. I should rank some KWs in only Spain. They probably won't have much competition, do you think it is better to buy some tool and do backlinking by myself or to hire someone? My budget would be only $20-30 per site for backlinking.. and for tool I could give around $200 max.
btw I heard that GSA software is awesome.. anyone used it?

You can get your area citations done for a little of 5 dollar in fiverr. Do remember to tell them input all your information in a same way. Since you believe is an easy campaign, just manual do some write up of your busines and get it posted on high PR web 2.0 and article directories. Good luck
 
Yes, as VinceC suggested you can do the write up your self and submit it over the top web2.0 or you can order the fiver gigs for submission.

I'm from Spain too and using fiverr gigs to rank local KWs. The gig went active just two days ago so I'm waiting for results but will try to keep you posted.

Nice to know a fellow spaniard is around BHW ;)

Depends if you care about the business your gunning for or if it's just a bit of spam.

If you care i'd do the citations myself, make sure they are perfect. Do some guest blogging and maybe book a fiver gig.
 
I wouldn't recommend you to use the gsa software or any kind of those softwares, it can do a lot of damage. I agree with sudorank, build you citation manually and definitely use guest blogging. Also, build web 2.0 properties, you can use fiverr or find more professional services in BHW
