Ranking Local Business, is this enough?

If I want to rank local businesses in small/medium cities with not much competition on the 1st page can it be done for under $15 only using SEOclerks/Fiverr gigs? If so what types of gigs would be recommended. Sites I plan on ranking also have EMD to the keyword I want to rank for.

You will only know for sure after actually trying, as some keywords may seem easy but are in fact difficult.

If you are doing this for real clients and intend using such poor quality services, you're clueless and would deserve to get sued for claiming to be an seo specialist when you're not. However if you are ranking your own sites, fair enough. If the emd is in a half decent niche I wouldn't be pointing shite links to it and risking it. If these are client sites I'd never do a case study using a client site. Anyway you're not entirely clear as to wether teh sites are yours or clients but if you are talking about clients you do not have a clue what you're doing and should go and learn some more before you put real businesses at risk due to your lack of knowledge. The fact you mention having an emd's and fiverr type services tells me you don't really know what you're doing. If it is that low comp some business directory submissions would do the job. What are the exact searches per month for the terms, not global but exacts.

to be honest i dont prefer these purchase because they are not real. seo is not a cheap thing its a costly thing
