Ranking issue advice

Hi everyone!
I need a piece of advice :)

A website is ranking first in Google Madrid for the keyword -agencia marketing online-. But if you look it up from another city in Spain, it is not showing up on the first page of Google.
This is the website:
ozonocomunicacion

We have structured data, use GMB, and our location is not focused in Madrid. We focus on entire Spain. And, other agencies, operating in Madrid as well rank higher than us in the rest of Spain.

Do you have any advice on what might be causing this? What should we check?

Pozdrav sanja, po imenu zakljucujem da si sa nasih prostora.

Keep in mind that google shows websites you visit as top sites. My sites for me always show on top when searched from my phone and pc but not when searching from other peoples browsers. So from what you said I assume that may be the case.

Pa nije, jer AHREFS takodje pokazuje da smo prvi u Madridu, a da bismo proverili stanje u ostalim gradovima koristimo razlicite proxije, tako da smo bas sve proverili i ne znamo zbog cega se ovo dogadja.

Proverih sad sa svog telefona i meni ste prvi za keyword koji si gore navela. Tako da vise ni ja nisam siguran. Mogu pogledati malo detaljnije kad budem bio blizu pca pa cu javiti :)
 
The SERP results at the same time may be different even in different areas of the same city.

if you are having issues to rank in one particular country (SPAIN), while you rank very high from a different country (US), one thing you can do is to get more backlinks from the IP's that is based in your preferred country (SPAIN).

now if your issue is based across different cities inside Spain, then your competitors probably have more backlinks from IPs based from Madrid and they are probably using google my business to establish themselves as a much higher authority site for users from madrid.
