Ranking in multiple coutries

Hi everybody!

I have a multilingual website. Currently there are the languages dutch and english.
I am ranking well in the netherlands but poorly in the us and other countries.
In GWT, i configured the netherlands as target country, but can't find an option to choose more countries.

Do I have to install my site on an US server also, sharing the same database or what kind of strategies are working to rank in different countries also?

I think if your main landing page is in Dutch then you'll only rank in the Netherlands, even with a language changer, but i coudl be wrong
