Guys right now we trying to rank in very competitive local niche. We made great, 100% completed listing, build lots of citiations(here are 2 useful lists from 2 BHW members:

I know it takes time, especially in hard niches...

I am thinking about creating maps referring to the google listing. Does have any effect?

Thank you!

For Local listing Maps will definitely help you to understand your location to your visitor and customer..

Check to be sure the local business is listed in various directories such as D&B and InfoUSA. Google uses these to verify the company is real and exists at the specific location. Be sure the address in Google Places and on the Website matches these exactly. I had a client that ran into a problem because her address was something like Main St. and the directories had her at Main Rd. To Google these are not the same company.

You can create KML maps and upload them into google "my maps". You will need a separate account for each KML upload. Let me know if you are interested in custom KML uploads.

Yes, there are a few services on Fiverr that do this (and used to be a guy from BHW who resold that service on here until he got called out on it) and they do seem to help with ranking locally, although having your NAP citations uniform is infinitely more important in my opinion.
