Ranking high competition items

Having a little trouble, Recently bought 200 Screen protectors on Alibaba and was planning on reselling it on eBay. I have a pretty solid account on eBay with a good amount of reviews. Now, what I have come to find out is that ranking screen protectors is extremely hard, so I am getting absolutely no traffic. I was wondering if anyone on here could give me some tips on ranking high competition items, or ranking any items in general. I don't know what eBay's search engine looks for necessarily so any tips would help.

You should do ebay seo. What is included in that? As much text in your description as possible. (of course don't use too much useless text)

Include return and privacy policy. Include more images, longer descriptions and so on.
