I believe image optimization is the key to rank your images on google. Make sure to always give your images alt text and title attribute.

Optimize the images. Example if your image is for Garden then use alt tag garden for this and also name should be garden

Give the image a proper name - best, if you enter all the keywords that you are targeting as your image filename.
Then watermark the image - if you've copied it, watermarking it would make the image slightly differ, thus no repeated content here.
Then put a proper description for your image, and give it an alt tag as well.
