I love how everyone posts the same nonsense just so they can spread their forum signatures.

Give it few more weeks, but don't stop making links (make devirsity). Make few comment links or forum links on niche related websites. If the rankings are going down, make disavow to the PBN links.
I am not a big fan of "buying links", but not saying that you shouldn't buy links. Private Blog Network will be PRIVATE if you make your own blog network.

OP - your keywords started dancing from 8-10 to 12-18 - not much of a difference, let the ranks settle before you draw a conclusion. Also, were your keywords ranking 8-10 steadily or just for a week or two ?
 
Just for a week, actually i bought some quality links and keywords climb to the first page from secon and third page (i only saw increase in ranking no dance) nd stay there for 1 week then i purchased low quality links and after 3-4 days it reduced to the second page and never came back till now almost 15 days now

So, what are you saying now? What is the low quality links? The 50 BHW links? What is the high quality links??

You are not really giving the full info for people to understand what is going on exactly.

You got to wait for your rankings, nothing happens overnight or even in 1-2 weeks.

And what have you done to change that scenario after 4 years.
 
Wait a little while longer then:

Option 5: Build some more natural looking links with only generic anchor text to dilute the other links.
 
Wait for a couple of weeks, but also get some high quality links for diversity to dilute your anchor text if your exact anchor has been used for building these new links.
 
It's just google dance.
If you have good quality links means you wait up to 2 to 3 weeks for better results.
If it not happens means you can go for option 2.
These two will bring good result for you.
