ranking for other languages keywords?

I checked search console this morning and I noticed that one of the keywords I am ranking for is in Russian. I had a panic attack because I figured my site was compromised. But when I google translated the Russian keyword it translated to one of my main English keywords. The site is 100% English. I had never heard of this before is it a thing?

Most likely just fine. Could be that your site is about something new that has not yet been established in Russia. So people searching for that in Russia have to be presented with English material because there's just no better.

I think it best to always use a plugin that translates the website to every possible language.

the plugin just uses there IP to translate to there language.

more traffic more money.
