Ranking for MP3 Download niches?

I've been in the MP3 Download niche for what seems like years now, even though it really hasn't been and I've noticed there's a lot of complications with this niche.

The biggest one is that I've always been afraid to invest in PBN backlinks, as these sites are so prone to having issues with Copyright, and various other things. Alternatively, I don't know how I would purchase the PBN backlinks when the end goal is to rank generally for hundreds of songs which mention the Keywords Download or MP3 Download.

Any advice for me?

With good internal linking you can solve your second problem. It's the same problem any large store faces. Thousands of product pages with no links pointing directly to them... except your internal links!

Problem #1 might be solved by renting links instead of buying them. If I understand well, your fear is that you could loose your domains eventually, isn't it? Then you just tell your PBN friendly guy to point your rented PBN links to your new domain

I agree with what_hat. I would go for link rental over purchasing. You could hit two birds with one stone with that. You won't have to spend that much and you'll also be able to avoid copyright issues.

My advice is leave the niche. It is crowded and unless you have a USP it doesn't seem worth the hassle to me.

I would not suggest to invest in PNB Backlink for this niche.
You can get good traffic via social media and QA website.
