Does anyone have experience ranking for "medicare insurance" keywords? I notice the local 7 pack does not show up for this keywords unlike any other type of insurance.

Any input?

good luck outranking all those .gov sites and statefarm and aetna and aarp.

yeah its going to be hard outranking all of the gov sites. I would try maybe ranking for two length keywords like medicare supplement, medicare cost, etc
