I am ranking for 11 KW and out of the 11 I am on page 1 for 5 of them and the rest are pages 2,3,4 and 6. The ones that I am ranking for are exact match and so if I search "KW" I have my money site, WEB 2.0 and videos all on page one but KW without "" I am on pages 2 and 3. Has this happen to anyone and what have you done. I do normal back linking and drip them to 100 per day to make it look more realistic for my site.

When you search for the exact match google is delivering you results with those exact keywords. Since you are ranking well for them anyway, you are showing up higher with the quotes present. When not using quotes, Google delivers more variations that contain those terms but not necessarily in the order that you are looking for.

"cheap blue widgets" - shows you results for pages that have the exact phrase cheap blue widgets (all words together).
-cheap blue widgets - will only show you pages about blue widgets that DO NOT have the word cheap on the page.

I understand how to search for things but I guess I did not ask the question correctly. So I will try again wanted to know if anyone has tips on ranking broad SEO as I am ranking well with exact search. I am creating some new articles to help with that as well as more videos posted on my money site.
