Maybe they made very strong backlinks.so find out the backlinks, their content may be in high quality, Keyword density may be good. And also I hope they doing perfect on page SEO

There might be more backlinks which are not indexed by this tool or purposely hidden by the competitor from indexing in the private bots. Moreover, Referring domain is just 1 which means the 11 backlinks can only be counted just 1. So I guess, your competitor must be great enough to hide backlinks from the bots or he must be using social media power to rank on top!

There can very well be dozens of hidden PBN links. Check pages 2 - 3 and check backlink profiles there. If those sites have decent backlink profiles, then you can be sure there are some hidden links in play.
