I have an seo question which is; my competor rank in the first plcae whith only 11 Backlinks ?!
What should I do to take his place , buy the same amount and quality backlinks or what do you suggest .

That's a low thing to do, how about working smarter than your competition and outranking them? Not to mention the chance of Google actually giving a shit about your report is close to zero.
