I saw a facebook page who was in the first page google. How is it possible?

1.Backlinks will help me to rank my fb page ?

2. The rules must be used

• title: it should be short and contain the name of your brand or your targeted keywords.
• meta description: should contain your fan page name and a short but informative description of it.
• H1: the name of your page - can be your brand and/or your main keywords (if possible).

3. Any tips to grow in google my facebook page ? ( I saw some facebook page in 2-3 google page ) How it is possible?

Can be coincidence ( lack of other authority sites for the search item).
