I'm wondering is anyone has any advice on ranking an aged domain with high PR, PA and DA with a lot of backlinks that have nothing to do with your niche? Does this make it any easier or will the new anchors throw up flags?

Same question here! I hope that someone can give us a hand :bubblegum

I recently acquired a domain from the restaurant niche for my PBN. I was new and didn't realize the importance of creating a relevant PBN, but after putting a unique article, it's now ranking for my main keyword fluctuating around 7-8 page.

Just a small example, it's not very hard to rank for my keywords, but still shows that the original BL profile allowed it to rank, and if I decided to build a site on it, I can only predict that it will rank fairly well.

I don't think I've ever used a domain from the same niche... If I have, it's by accident, rather than design. I just take the view that it doesn't matter, because the content that you put on it is what makes it relevant to your niche.

I'm speaking of both the domains that I use in my PBN's, and the domains that I re-purpose for money sites.

Interesting, I plan on making the expired domain name my money site however.

Same niche would help you rank easier, however its age and backlink authority should be enough to use for related niches or something else. You will have to repurpose it.
