did you 301 redirect from each old page to each new page?
if not, google will take much more time in giving your new pages weightage.
its like your started from zero again.

No one can help you, i did this kind of change to the website structure and it took ~1 year to recover all traffic, all you can do is make sure you won't do this again and add more content.

301 redirection from old to new url

You will transfer 70% “link juice” from your old url, but it is better then 0.

That's the only thing you can do. (I saw that you already Do that)

Just wait and you will eventually get your rankings back...

In a future do a better research when you trying to do something big like this. Url rewriting in htaccess is much better option.

You should ignore loss of traffic and continue publishing new content. Google will take some time to understand changes. You should also create new backlinks to compensate for the loss of link juice.

Mine increased, I followed this guide to switch over :
wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-properly-move-wordpress-to-a-new-domain-without-losing-seo

There are a bunch of guide like this.
basically do this
Transferred website
Setup permanent 301 redirects.
Notify Google about the change.

Did you change the domain or just the URL structure?

you do only for that url or url structure in general for all of your articles?
