Ranking confusion dotcom AND DOT.CO.UK

Hello Guys,

Im ranking no1 for a very competitive keyword in Google and Yahoo.com but Im nowhere to be found on google and yahoo.co.uk.

My site is domain.co.uk and it's hosted in the UK...I have checked google webmaster the site's URL is pointing to UK...

Any advice on what i should do ?....This situation is driving me nuts and im about to loose my mind

I got a website hosted in USA that is .com way better ranked than a .de hosted in Germany for the same SEO work.

Hosting location & TLD doesn't matter.
