I use serpexplorer it's an online service and automatically record my site rankings which is why I like it most.

web based tools like Raven tools, Microsite Masters or SerpBook is all that need. Most them track real time changes.

Try proranktracker, does 50 keywords for free. Dont suppose anything beats that.

SerpBook looks expensive: for 500 keywords/URLs it's $44.97

Whereas with proranktracker it's $25 for 500. Not far off half the price.

If you want to see, how your ranking will in graph use SEMRUSH.

It provides detailed graph repot for traffic,ranking, volume etc..

Other then that proranktracker is good tool to work.

I started using proranktracker yesterday and it does what you'd want it to do.

Has anybody used proranktracker as well as another and can compare the main differences?

try using seo book rank checker tool and lxrmarket place rank tracker, both are good tools to track your rankings

For me I hate the idea of paying recurring monthly fees set against quota amounts... A far cheaper and more effective way is to use Scrapebox with the add on rank tracker plugin... For a small one off fee it is awesome... Plus scrapebox is a must for all seo's in my opinion it has a ton of other uses!

I would go with proranktracker, because they offer a free plan for newbies. If you want to host your own tracking software you should check out seopanel.in (won a few awards in 2011).
