Ranking change doesn't show on Chrome Browser

A bunch of site's rankings recently moved around for one of my target keywords. These changes show up on Edge, my mobile Chrome app, and an incognito Chrome tab, but they don't show up in normal Chrome even after deleting cache and cookies. Does anyone know what could be going on?
