Ranking Amazon Links on SERPs

I have a bunch of products sold on Amazon and I would like them to get to the top of SERPs. Do backlinks work with this?
If not, how to get my products to appear on the top of SERPs for a set of given keywords?

I think it's a combination of verified purchase reviews and backlinks

backlinks not as effective for Amazon, focus on optimizing product listings, keywords, reviews, and sales velocity. PPC ads can help too.
