Ranking after 7-10 days

Hello, I have a 7 months old site. My posts are getting ranked after 7-10 days on google. They getting indexed in 1-2 days but google don't show them until 7-10 days passed. Is there way to fix this?

If it's showing in 7-10 Days, it's still good but make sure it's static SERP.
