Ranking a Twitter Profile vs YouTube Video/FaceBook Page

Currently have a site ranking for a niche. For this site, I've also created a Twitter account which I send tweets from on average 1-2 times a day. With zero backlinks, the twitter profile is ranking 22 and 23 for the main keywords.

Typically, I often see YouTube videos and Facebook pages on top of the serps for keywords. Rarely do I see twitter profiles. Do twitter profiles not convert as well as the other two, or do they have a negative stigma for some reason?

Youtube videos definitely convert better and I find them easier to rank.

I see Facebook pages ranking way more often than twitter profiles as well but I cant say why.
