Ranking a redirect-website?

Hello there,

I'm looking to rank a website for a really easy keyword, the ranking isn't the hard part. The hard part is that this site has robots.txt set to no-index, Google won't show this site in results. What I was thinking is to make some site that redirects to that page and rank that for the term, would this be possible? Seeing as Google basically removes all of the redirect websites...

Any way to do this?

I believe that's your only alternative here. Any reason why it's purposefully set to no-index? And is the reason something you want to be associated with?
