Ranking A Facebook Marketplace Listing On Google?

does anyone have any insight on if this is possible? Facebook has authority so I would like to think that it wouldn't be very hard to get a facebook marketplace listing ranked on google for certain long-tail keywords

i'm pretty sure ranking has to do with click through rate and enquiry submissions. The items with the hottest chicks are always at the top it seems. So i would assume its because they're getting the most clicks.
