So, I recently built a website and bough a country specific domain name (.rs) because the extension fit nicely with the name, for branding purposes (kinda like lawye.rs).
My concern is whether or not this domain will be able to compete internationally, on google.com.
I've added the domain to my Webmaster Tools and saw that the domain was currently associated with my country (Serbia). It also says there that, if I don't want the site associated with any location, select Unlisted. But I'm not getting that option in GWT.
Anyone has any experience with this issue? Is there something to be done or is the only way to redirect to a .com domain?
