Ranking a blogspot.com site Help Needed

I created a site on blogspot.com (google blogger) a week ago and it is indexed but does not rank for any terms. I have 2 500 word article posts and a post with just tagged images on it so a total of three pages. I added YT video (that both rank on the first page for the terms), FB, twitter, linkedin, squidoo, and a few other web 2.0 pages with original content linking to the site. I also added 2 unique content posts on a pr 2 and a pr 1 site with links to blogspot.com site. I also created an exact match domain (it rank #1 for both terms) with links pointing to blogspot site as well. Everything I have created is ranked on the first 3 pages for the 2 terms except the blogspot site. I do not have much experience with this site so I wanted to see what the norm was for getting then to place in the search. The blogger account I used was an old one with one blog that is aver a year old on it. Any suggestions on how to get the blog to rank would be greatly appreciated.

Keep blasting backlinks to it

Profile backlinks might be helpful in this regard. It is being used by every seo company

I was holding off of hitting it with spammy links since penguin but it looks safe to blast them. Thanks for the help, I don't have much experience with blogspot blogs.

Are you verify with Google by webmastertool ?
Are you adding Google analytics?

add more content and see what happens.

Just wait for few time. Obviously you will get results. don't spam too much

blogspot takes time to gain authority in comparison to HLDs

1 Add 1-2 article or videos (make 2-3 post )
2 Do some social bookmarking on post pages and home page
3 order link wheel gigs from fiverr
3 wait for a week and see the results.

No need of spammy scrapebok links
no low page rank profile links(only high page rank profile links).

good content can always work wonders!!!!! try and add good content articles of around 500 words each. Pictures added where essential can do the magic ..!!

Blog post can not be supposed worthless in all the time. 2-3 articles plus some good blast pointing to your blogposts will possibly provides some good results as you desired.

Upload a youtube video with your blog link in description. Wait for a month and you will get a pagrank. I have found that the more frequently you post the better rank you get.
