Hey guys, need your opinion on what i should do as my next move in my seo efforts, i have been sending pbn links to my website's sub page and got to #5 about 3 weeks ago and i am wondering, what should i do next to reach #1, the keyword is medium competition to hard, should i keep building PBN links or do another form of linkbuilding?

Any feedback is highly appreciated

Have you only been using pbn or utilized some link diversification as well?
 
But at #5 what could one do to get to #1 faster? Any tactics?
 
it can be on # 1 anytime soon if Google dance will occur ;)

Though i think you should follow the same strategy you are doing and see how it goes

If the links and anchors etc are well deversified, then I'd say continue what your doing. But slowly. Slow and steady is the name of the game unless you go for churn n burn. Besides that: some social boost would be nice + reducing bounce rate is always good.
Other than these I'd go for finding other traffic source in the meantime. Everyone wants the organic juice for sure, but while you rank why not find the people who would be interested in your site or video or whaterver you want to rank. Engage with or better yet create a community on reddit or twitter or fb or insta you name it.
 
Dear mate,
Check your competitor's tactics. Analyze it.
Compare them with tools like majestic ... Find the way to beat it.
This is common principle used for being number one in SERP.

link building is the good method to get the high rank. But if you want to be no.1 then you should understand the power of competitors.

It looks like you found a good PBN which gives good results. If this is BHW service, could you share its URL?
 
1st) change your username to seonotsuccessor
2nd) profit??
 
Look at your competitors. If they have 10 links and you already have 100s - slow down. Otherwise add some more and wait for results. You may continue now to build links slower than before.
 
Being at #5 spot is good, this means that you're doing a great job. Just continue building quality links and you will get there in time. :)
 
Put some more content and build links equally

If I'm not mistaken, you just rephrased what I've said.
 
Impossible to tell without more exact detail which I am quite sure you would not want to divulge.
 
We suggest 25 domains for medium competition keyword and 50 domains for hard competition keyword. You can do link building at the same time as this can help in your ranking also.
