I use free traffic system to get targeted one way backlink by submitting an article.

In my experience, i sent 4 articles on free traffic system and within 2 weeks or so i got rank #1 in google for my keyword. its very easy to use and its free. even though its free the quality of the backlinks are good i got couple of PR3 or PR4 backlinks.
