I have a 1 month old site and I've been buying a lot of traffic and 3 of my medium comp. keywords are ranking on #1 on google and I'm getting sales.

I'm going to keep buying traffic because it's working, but should I buy a few SEO packages and if so which ones?

But this is the first time i heard you can Rank#1 with paid traffic..
 
You joined, 7 minutes ago and 1 minute later you open this thread. If you're gonna spam, at least wait a few days to make it look somewhat realistic. And it doesn't add any credibility that this thread ranks #2 now for your "brand".

LOL, you want to get people the idea in their head of buying more traffic from your bot traffic site, cause it will work, you really that stupid!

I looked up that site and also saw a few other "buy traffic" sites. One offered pop under and exit traffic sources. I would guess exit traffic might get some visitors if you offer something really useful. I find curiousity is a great way to get people to click on things, with a genuinely good product when the visitor gets to your site.
