RankerX Question. Help please.

Hy guys. I am using RankerX with some API. Probably, I am satisfied with it. But, the most thing I hate: websites list.
Does anybody know how to improve websites quality list (i mean mix these websites with alive resources with traffic) and increase the number of them?
Cause u know, every new campaign I do - websites just repeating. f$ck it.
I mean, websites where my links are placed...
