RankerX and user:password proxies??

Does anyone know how to make RankerX use proxies in this form:

138.128.xx.47:8000:xxxxx:xxxxx

x is for privacy, confidentiality, or whatever. I am not sure if I am supposed to give out the information

I tried this in Scrapebox and GSA tools. The proxies work.
I cannot figure out how to use them with RankerX

I tried binding my IP to the proxies and not using the login information. Failed
I tried just using the proxy with login informations. Failed

I put in a Skype to John at RX but I think they are asleep in their part of the world. So I was hoping to speed up the process by asking here. If not, John or Steve will fix it. They are very helpful with all sorts of my stupid questions.

I use semi & dedicated proxies (buyproxies) with RankerX just fine. Not sure why you are having problems with it.
