I use Rankerizer for tracking my keywords and it just works as a simple tool I need. This morning it was stuck at Querying Rankerizer's License server... and would not load. I went to their website and the guy let his domain expire.

So it's likely gone!

Now I need to find a new free tool to track SERPs, any ideas?

I started using Serp Attacks yesterday and although the free version has some limitations it seems pretty good. I've not really tried out many other programs but I prefer to any of the site based alternatives I've tried.

I've been looking around for something like this. All I want is a tool that can check ranks and produce a graph. I really don't want to shell out $250 for rank tracker suite and I haven't heard much about cute rank. I also don't want to pay a monthly fee for the web based tools people are offering now. Traffic Travis wasnt doing it for me it just wasn't what I was looking for.

Traffic Travis is way over complicated for simple ran checking and takes forever to finish a bunch of keywords. I'll keep looking, anyone with suggestions is welcome.

All I need is graph and rank history.

Use rank checkers that manage the process for you. We're SEO's, entrepreneurs, business owners, etc. We shouldn't have to load up a software to check our rankings daily, that's why I use web based tools that check for me.

Check out SERPfox.com, it's one of the cheapest, and most reliable rank checkers out there. My one complaint? They update rankings 4 TIMES a day! That's overkill, but you can still sort by a daily update.

I have dedicated computers running IM software so I wouldn't mind putting more software on one. I loved being able to generate reports with rank tracker (before crack stopped working) and viewing graphs/history of serps. I think paying $10/mo for 50 keywords is completely unnecessary. I don't want my ranks checked 4 times a day. If there was an option to cut the price by 1/4 for daily updates I may consider it as an option. I would like to be checking 500+ keywords and at $55/mo I may as well purchase rank tracker for $250. Cute Rank looks alright but if I'm paying for rank tracking software it better be able to generate reports. I really wish that I could purchase rank tracker without all the other dumb software that comes with it.

I gave up and purchased CuteRank. It can generate reports and can also customize/de-brand them for you all SEO folks out there. It produces graphs as well. I found a 10% coupon code for it so I paid a little less than asking price.

I kind of like it for 1 hour I have used it for. I can filter projects into categories that will help me track by seller rather than by URL.

I would love to know what you think of it once you've used it for a while. I'm very close to purchasing it myself. Where did you get the coupon code? If you could reply or PM that would be great!

I put in a support ticket, lets hope they fix it.

Im sure they know about it as well.

Yup! It could be a day or a month before site comes back. My SEO work is in it's crucial stage so I can't wait. That's why I purchased Cut Rank.

coupon code is fbfan. It will give you 10% off.

Rank tracker has a subscription after the 6 months of the purchase. They call it something like 'search algo updates'. Without the subsciption the software you previously paid for is useless. This wouldn't be a problem if they state this somewhere to be easily noticed. Instead you have to be lucky to notice this.Is the same thing with a cuterank or it's really one time payment for all future updates?

Cuterank comes with updates for one year, you can then pay $10 a year for additional updates, which isn't bad at all.

Its back up now

Geez, just hours after I buy my alternate :(

EDIT: Cute Rank has 30 days refund policy, I'm getting my money back :) Even though I like the program, Rankerizer is just good enough and simple enough for my needs.

I used Traffic Travis before and the software also didn't give the information I need for my business. So I tried Market Samurai and it works very well. I guess they have Trial Version, why not try it?

My needs are just too simple but I need lots of keywords, around 100. Almost no trial give that kind of keyword amount.

On the second thought, I think I will keep CuteRank because I just finished "manually" importing all keywords and URLs - just to find out Rankerizer is back :(

I'm about to try rankerizer to see how it goes. Thanks for the tip hopefully it works well!

The site is renewed, but I still can't access the license servers.

That they needed to update the name servers, so it could be another 48 hrs (or sooner) to be up and running

I'm back with my Rankerizer too. I panicked because normally domain expiration means a project is getting abandoned. I'm happy to have my Rankerizer back. Will be sure to make a backup this time.

Thanks to all who put the effort in my quest.

Ah.. I'm not very impressed with the software although it is free. I may just splurge on rank tracker or cuterank. I have to do some more homework on it.
