Ranker X restore a database

When I open RankerX it always checks for updates and does a backup of the database.

If I deleted something by accident is there a way to get it back or is it just gone.

I though I would ask here, I think their support is in a different part of the world because they are not on Skype when I am available.

Is there a way to UN delete an accidentally deleted campaign, that anyone knows of.

There no undelete or temp files for already made campains .

I don't think dos undelete will work ,
I think a built in database data get deleted from the app

They might no a way to un delete the data from there app database .

Sounds like there is a data folder and that is what gets backed up.

Can see find that data folder on your system? And can you find the backups? If it does a backup on exit then they should be easy to find.

Then see if they match up - maybe the backup is just a copy of the data folder.

If so you could try renaming the live folder then putting the backup in it’s place (back up your system first, just in case).

But ideally you’d be better getting in touch with their support - can’t you open a ticket with them if you’re not online at the same time?

It is in the /appdata/local/rankerx location but I cannot tell which folder or files are the backup. The vertx look likely but seem to be empty. I put in a ticket to RX support, they will help I am sure.

I am new to this forum... Sorry MOD if bumping old threads is not good.

Since I also wanted to move my ranker X data to a new server I checked on the internet and there was no guide. So i contacted support via Facebook and solved it.

This is how it does:

The data is located at %userprofile%\RankerX\data To migrate your data to a new computer, please perform the following step:

1. Stop RankerX on both computers .
2. Copy the data from that location to the respective on the new computer
